From Ideas to Actions

Let's say you have a great idea, product, or service.
You want your idea to be innovative and transformative.

So you ask yourself...

1. Why hasn't this been done before?
It seems simple. You have an idea and identified a need. Let's roll!

New technology has now made this possible.
Research suggests this could work.

On the other hand, as you work through the idea, your business plan, the processes, finances, and the tough work.

You then ask yourself...

2. Is there a reason(s) nobody has done this before?
Bad research. Logistics issues. Financial nightmare. Niche market.

Maybe it's a good idea but it's not viable.
Maybe it's a bad idea but has been executed poorly in the past.

Working through those two questions is an invaluable lesson of going From Ideas to Actions.
